In the first milestone for Sketch-n-Sketch (v0.4.2), you start by writing a program complete with all intended relationships encoded explicitly (via shared constants). Then you can directly manipulate shapes in the canvas while Sketch-n-Sketch preverses the relationships in the program.
Since then, we have been adding new features that help you write the program itself in a semi-automated way. There are now tools for Drawing new shapes, Relating attributes of shapes, and Grouping shapes. We will write about the new features in detail in the coming months. In the meantime, here are some videos to preview what's new in v0.5 (also available as a YouTube playlist).
